We are seeking a Web3 Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our portfolio companies and create synergies across our investment ecosystem.

Project Overview

Web3 business development requires understanding of tokenomics, governance mechanisms, and ecosystem partnerships. As Panga Ventures expands our portfolio support capabilities, we need a BD Manager to drive growth for our portfolio companies through strategic partnerships and ecosystem integrations.
This role involves working with our portfolio companies to expand their market presence, secure strategic partnerships, and accelerate user and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives for Panga Ventures portfolio companies across DeFi, infrastructure, and Web3 applications.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies between portfolio companies and major Web3 ecosystems, protocols, and platforms.
• Support portfolio companies in securing strategic partnerships, integration deals, and ecosystem collaborations.
• Facilitate cross-portfolio synergies and collaborations between Panga Ventures investments.
• Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes to inform portfolio company growth strategies.
• Work with portfolio companies to structure token-based partnerships, liquidity programs, and governance alignments.
• Represent portfolio companies at industry events and facilitate introductions to potential partners and customers.
• Support fundraising efforts by helping portfolio companies build strategic relationships with other VCs and investors.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of Web3 business development experience, preferably with VC-backed startups or portfolio companies.
• Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth for Web3 companies.
• Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, tokenomics, and partnership structures.
• Strong existing network in the Web3 space with relationships across protocols, platforms, and other portfolio companies.
• Experience working with venture capital firms and understanding of portfolio company support dynamics.
• Technical understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and DeFi mechanisms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities and market dynamics.
