Project Overview

Course Creators will develop educational content for Panga Ventures portfolio companies, creating courses, tutorials, and learning materials that help users understand complex Web3 and DeFi concepts. This role involves working with multiple portfolio companies to create engaging, high-quality educational content that drives user adoption and enhances platform understanding. If you have experience creating educational content for technical audiences and understand Web3/DeFi concepts, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to multiple innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive educational courses and tutorials for Panga Ventures portfolio companies covering DeFi protocols, Web3 technologies, and blockchain concepts.
• Create engaging video content, written materials, and interactive learning experiences that explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with portfolio company teams to understand product features and translate technical information into accessible educational content.
• Design course curricula that progress from beginner to advanced levels, catering to different user experience levels.
• Create assessment materials and interactive elements to enhance learning outcomes and user engagement.
• Optimize educational content based on user feedback and learning analytics to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain and update course materials to reflect product updates and evolving Web3 best practices.
• Support portfolio companies with onboarding materials and user education strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of educational content creation experience with proven track record of developing engaging learning materials.
• Deep understanding of Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technologies with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience creating video content, written tutorials, and interactive learning experiences.
• Proficiency with educational technology tools, learning management systems, and content creation software.
• Strong instructional design skills with understanding of adult learning principles and user experience design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, engaging educational content.
• Experience working with technical teams and translating complex information for general audiences.
• Portfolio of educational content demonstrating ability to create high-quality learning materials.
